Who do I contact about my order?

What is Paypal?
A
secure way to pay for things online. It's simple to set up an account
with your card and use to pay with. Paypal will also give you a receipt
of your payment.
Will I receive an email when my order has been dispatched?
No, this feature isn't available to me.
What will my chosen design look like on the case?
I
create each design and then select the shape of the case out of the
design. This obviously means that differing cases will have slightly different
designs on them, e.g the iPhone 6 case is longer than the iPhone 5 case
so will have more design at the top and vis-versa. Also some designs
may be more zoomed in/out on different cases.
I
understand that not seeing the design on every phone type is a bit
annoying, but cases go straight from the manufacturer to you to ensure
you get your order as soon as possible, so I don't have any to take
pictures of!
Do you do ______ cases?
If the case you request isn't on the Piña Designs store then I do not, sorry! Cases don't tend to be stocked for phone types that aren't very popular.
Returns Policy?
I do not accept returns unless the product is faulty. To prove this you must first contact me and I will ask to see a clear photo. If you do not understand how I've described the item on the product page, it is your duty to contact me before ordering.
In terms of exchange, I know lots of people give phone cases to their friends/family as birthday/christmas presents. If they get a new phone for their birthday I'd be happy to exchange the case model for you. You'll need to email me within 7 days of purchase and I'll give you the delivery address.
What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
If a customer has entered their address incorrectly and not emailed me straight away to correct it, meaning the item has been dispatched to the wrong address, I will not give a full refund/resend the item. It is very important that you check your Paypal address before you purchase! In most cases I will refund them my markup on the product, meaning my manufacturing and delivery costs are covered.
The product I received is damaged
In this case, please email me with a clear photo of the issue so I have proof to send to my suppliers if needed. You must contact me within 24 hours of delivery.
